Solving Common Sleep Problems

  • Virtual – Zoom (map)

Attention sleep-deprived parents: It’s never too late to set your child up for healthy sleep habits! Whether you’ve been struggling with sleep training for a while, or you’re experiencing sleep regression in the toddler years, sleep consultant Jensine Casey can help your family get the rest you all need.

This workshop on March 30th at 12pm ET / 9am PT will dive into common sleep problems for young children including sleep regressions, bedtime battles, early rising, midnight wakings and night terrors. Bring your most pressing sleep questions, and we’ll answer them during the live discussion!

This is a free event. RSVPs are required by 11am ET / 8am PT on the day of the talk. Everyone who signs up will receive an email ahead of time with instructions for joining via Zoom, as well as a recording of the talk afterward in case you miss it.
